About the Jewelry
What materials do you use?
All Nefera pieces are made from Sterling Silver (92.5% pure silver) and Copper. We do not use gold plating, gold fill, or base metals. What you see is the actual material — no coatings that will chip or wear away.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques including cold-forging, granulation, hand-piercing, hand-woven chains, and stone setting. Each piece takes between 20–40 hours to complete from raw metal to finished jewelry.
Where is Nefera made?
Our jewelry is handcrafted in Egypt by artisans who have practiced these techniques for generations. Pieces ship from the USA.
Will Sterling Silver tarnish?
Sterling Silver will naturally oxidize and develop a patina over time — especially with daily wear or in humid environments. This is normal and many collectors prefer the warmth of aged silver. You can restore the original brightness with a silver polishing cloth. See our Care Guide for full instructions.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Use a flexible tape measure or a thin strip of paper to measure the circumference of your finger at its widest point (usually the knuckle). Match your measurement to our size chart. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Most rings can be resized by a local jeweler if needed.
Can rings be resized?
Most of our Sterling Silver rings can be resized by a local jeweler. Pieces with intricate hand-pierced or granulation work have limitations on how much they can be adjusted — contact us before resizing to confirm.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from the USA. Standard shipping times vary by destination — typically 3–7 business days domestically and 7–21 days internationally.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original condition. Custom orders and engraved pieces are final sale. Contact us at hello@neferaluxury.com to initiate a return.
Can I place a custom order?
We work with a limited number of custom commissions each month. Contact us with your idea and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it and provide a timeline and quote.
