Shipping Policy
Every Nefera piece is handmade to order in Cairo, then shipped from our US warehouse. Here is what to expect.
Timeline
When will my order arrive?
Because every piece is handmade to order, there are two stages:
1. Production time: 2–4 weeks
Your piece is made by hand in our Cairo workshop after you place your order. Most pieces take 40+ hours of work. During peak periods, production may extend slightly — we will always communicate any delay.
2. Shipping time (from US warehouse):
Once produced and quality-checked, your piece ships from the United States.
• Domestic (US): 3–5 business days
• Canada / UK / EU: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Additional Information
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent by email once shipped. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 weeks of ordering, contact us immediately.
International Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We mark all packages at their accurate value — we do not falsify customs declarations.
Lost or Damaged
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@neferaluxury.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
Packaging
Every order is packed with care. Pieces arrive in an anti-tarnish pouch inside a Nefera box, with a care card. Gift-ready from the moment it arrives.
