Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items, provided they are returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
Eligible for return:
• Items returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn and unaltered pieces
• Original packaging included
• Non-personalized items
Not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items returned after 30 days
Because every piece is handmade to order, we encourage you to review our Size Guide and Care Guide before ordering, and email us with any questions. We are here to help you choose the right piece the first time.
Received a damaged or wrong item? Email us immediately with photos — we will resolve it at no cost to you.
How to return
Email us first
Contact hello@neferaluxury.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and send you a return authorisation.
Package the item
Return the piece in its original Nefera packaging. Use a trackable shipping method — we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–3 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or piece?
We do not process direct exchanges — return the original piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or piece you want. This is the fastest path to getting you the right thing.
Email us before returning and we will often reserve your preferred size while we process the return.
